From st. Petersburg to Irkutsk: Vyazma machine-building plant welcomes guests from different cities of Russia

Moscow hosted the 20th International Exhibition CleanExpo on November 20- 22, in which our company took part and presented new developments.

The plant demonstrated new products, presented two months ago at the PIR EXPO for the first time, as well as the VSHO-1000C ozonizing cabinet, presented at CleanExpo exhibition for the first time as well. Its advantages are: a larger capacity compared to the mass-produced cabinet VSHO-800, eco-friendly design and tightness. Moreover, VSHO-1000C is equipped with a main controller, a drying function and fold-flat shelves, fixed inside the cabinet stowed: no need to take them out of the cabinet now and store them somewhere during processing of products, occupying the entire height of the working space. Visitors paid special attention to the new design of the ozonizing cabinet, with doors decorated with stickers, visually designating the types of things to be processed.

Attendance at Vyazma booth was higher than last year. The guests were the representatives of cleaning companies, dry cleaners and laundries in Russia and the CIS countries.

It is worth noting that at opening of the exhibition in honor of the double anniversary, the 20th anniversary of CleanExpo and the 120th anniversary of the plant, the management of the International Exhibition Company awarded VMZ with a special prize for longstanding partnership.

For the first time this year, Vyazma machine-building plant provided everyone with a unique opportunity to go to Vyazma manufacturing site directly from the CleanExpo exhibition in order to get acquainted with the manufactured equipment and communicate in person with the company management. Directors and engineers of cleaning companies, laundries and dry cleaners from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Nizhny Tagil, Volgograd, Izhevsk and other cities of Russia accepted the invitation. Guests took a comfortable bus to the plant directly from the exhibition.

The program of the visit to the plant started with a tour of «Chaika» laundry, where customers could see «Vyazma» equipment in operation.

Visitors took lively interest in the process of washing, including hospital linen, in «barrier» type washing machines. They were surprised to know that several of the very first «barrier» type machines LB-30, produced by the plant, installed here back in 2007, are still successfully operating. Beyond that, the guests discussed with the operators the technology of drying in drying machines with a residual moisture sensor, as well as techniques, ensuring high productivity and quality of linen ironing in ironing calenders. The dry-cleaning shop with washing machines, equipped with dosing pumps for liquid detergents, as well as technology of clothes processing in a steam form finisher and a spotting table, attracted the most interest. It is worth noting that thanks to the wide range of «Vyazma» equipment presented in the laundry, «Chaika» is able to render services of not only dry cleaning, laundry and ironing, but also wet-cleaning, rugs and carpeting cleaning.

After the laundry visit the customers went to the factory. During the tour, given A.V. Kuprianov, Technical Director of «VMZ»JSC they visited the enterprise museum, all workshops of the plant, including the production shop, and saw the manufacturing process of «Vyazma» brand equipment. Visitors were pleasantly surprised by the up-to-date poll of high-precision machines, as everyone understands that final product quality depends on accuracy of its parts manufacturing.

The end of the excursion program was the round table, during which business representatives resolved case by case the topical issues of cooperation, directly related to the structural elements, purchase and maintenance of «Vyazma» equipment.

The new «Plant-Client» communication format is the first sign and an opportunity for the client to make sure that his choice of «Vyazma» equipment was right and to acquire a reliable partner in our person.

As it is known, there was a tradition in Ancient Rus, that is still alive: they welcomed and saw off guests with bread and salt. Each client received branded souvenirs of «VMZ» JSC, a bread basket from Vyazma Bakery, being part of «Vyazma» group of companies, as well as the famous «Vyazma gingerbread». It is worth noting that they started to make gingerbread as far back as the XVII century in Vyazma. Devotees of the dessert were the representatives of the royal family, famous writers and poets. The modern «Vyazma gingerbread» is not only a delicious treat with a pronounced honey taste, made according to an old recipe by hand, but also the most popular souvenir among the guests of the city.

Many of our customers noted warm entertainment and hospitality of the plant employees. Business contacts established during the two-day working trip marked the beginning of a long-term cooperation.
