Carpet washing set

Vyazemsky Machine Building Plant JSC offers a simple, and most importantly inexpensive solution to the problem of washing antisplash carpets and mops using a set of equipment consisting of washing machine L-60 and centrifuge KP-223. For washing machine L-60, ten minutes will be enough  to wash stubborn lint, dirt, sand, dust. The large diameter loading opening makes it easy to load and unload the carpets, and thanks to the spacious inner drum, three 1×1 m carpets can be washed simultaneously. The permissible dimensions of the carpets designed to be put into the machine for one wash cycle can be increased by reducing their number. Unlike foreign machines, «L-60» model with manual control has minimum electronics, therefore there is no risk of its clogging and danger of failure of the electric valves because of dirt, since water is drained mechanically, by pressing the drain pedal, and this allows saving on expensive filters installed in foreign machines in front of the electric valves. Carpets washed in the washing machine are extracted in centrifuge KP-223, which has a fairly simple, but very reliable design, as well as a high level of operational safety
