Powder coating of metal products

Powder coating of metal is an environmentally friendly, waste-free technology for obtaining high-quality ornamental and protective polymer coatings.

Our company provides powder coating services for steel parts and metal structures. This technology provides high-quality surface coating, durability, impact resistance, increased resistance to corrosion, temperature extremes, chemicals, gasoline and gives the product an attractive appearance. The overall dimensions of the parts to be painted shall not exceed the established dimensions - 1900x500x500 mm with a maximum weight of 60 kg.

Technological process of powder coating.

1. Preparation of the product surface for painting -simultaneous degreasing and phosphating, drying. The presence of a phosphate layer improves the adhesion of the coating and extends its service life.

2. Finishing of powder paints by electrostatic spraying. The method is based on applying a polymer coating (in powder form) to a part in an electrostatic field. As a result of the difference in current potential between the product to be painted and the powder, the paint is deposited on the product.

3. Polymerization is a fusion of powder particles with the metal surface at a temperature of 140 - 220 °C. Thus, the coating acquires the necessary protective and ornamental properties.
