What are your terms of payment and delivery?
The plant invests money in filling the warehouse for finished products where about 1000 pieces of equipment are always available. Therefore, the shipment of products is carried out only after 100% payment on the invoice. The equipment can be released for customer pickup delivered by the plant motor transport to the destination, or to a transport company in Moscow.
Do you carry out assembling and installation of the equipment, commissioning and staff training?
Commissioning, staff training, warranty repair and service can be provided by the plant service department or a service center located in your region that has an agreement with the plant. You can find their contact details in Support section. Assembling, installation on the foundation, as well as the supply of communications to the equipment are not carried out by the plant specialists of the service department. Why do we need drying machines if the dryer ironer can iron laundry with a residual moisture content of 50%?
The flatwork ironer dries and iron only straight linen (sheets, tablecloths, duvet covers, etc.), it is not intended for drying and ironing terry-loop goods and texture linen. If you iron on the dryer ironer linen with a residual moisture content of 50%, then the productivity of the dryer ironer decreases (for the linen to dry, it must be passed twice or ironed at a lower speed).
What transport companies do you work with?
Our plant works with the following transport companies in Moscow city: Delovyye Linii LLC, PEС LLC, GTD Baikal Service, CDEK, Energia and others with whom your company works.
How is it possible to become your regional service?
To become our regional service you need to send an official application to the plant indicating the full name of the organization and details to train your specialists, but first call +7 (48131) 3-48-88, 3-47-33, +7 (910) 720-28-84. Training is provided free of charge at the plant. If a service agreement is concluded, a certificate of the organization (company) is issued for the right to service the Vyazma brand laundry equipment and perform warranty and post-warranty repairs.
What products can be used to descale the washing drum?
You can use the descaling agents for washing machines recommended in distributor networks.
How is the equipment loaded at the plant?
The equipment is loaded onto vehicles by a forklift.
Where can I find out the price of the produced equipment?

What is the consumption of detergents, as well as what is the percentage of the use of cold and hot water in your washing machines?
The consumption of detergents depends on the processing technology of the laundry, the user's washing programs, the degree of staining and the detergents used (usually information on use and the required dosage is indicated on the packaging or in the instructions), but not more than 45 grams per kg of linen. The percentage of cold and hot water used depends on its temperature in the local water supply network, as well as on the technology of processing the laundry (the user's washing programs). However, in the most common cases (washing cotton fabrics), it can be respectively 30% (hot water) and 70% (cold water) of the total water consumption per wash cycle (program). Specific water consumption is indicated in the technical specifications.
How long does it take for a full cycle of washing machines to work?
The time required for a full cycle operation of the equipment depends on the selected washing program, on the water pressure in the mains and the temperature of hot water supplied to the washing machine. On average, a wash cycle can be from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
What is the G-factor?
The G-factor is a characteristic of the extraction intensity. It is defined as the ratio of the rotation number of the washing drum per minute to its diameter. The higher the G-factor, the lower the residual moisture.

We have a washing machine manufactured in 2012, it has been working properly all these years, however, recently, some parts began to fail. How and where can you buy spare parts if this machine has already been discontinued? What is the delivery time for these parts?
All spare parts are in stock. From the moment the equipment was discontinued, the plant sells all spare parts and components for these models within 10 years from the date of production cessation.
