Chest-heated ironer VG-1018

WARNING! We would like to draw the attention of our customers that some suppliers of chest-heated ironers offer them at prices significantly lower than those of Vyazma chest-heated ironers misleading consumers by not including many of the functions necessary for high-quality ironing of the ironer set and then offer them as additional options thus selling «bare» ironers. These savings will further negatively affect the quality of ironing and the performance of the ironers. Inexpensive ironers often have a constant (non-adjustable) ironing speed which does not allow you to properly set up for ironing different types of fabric. Uneven heating of the ironing tray leads to deformation, low ironing rate and increased wear of the ironed linen. The roll wrap of such ironers is rigid and consists of a cloth and a cover. As you iron it, it «cakes», decreases in diameter, and hardens. The quality of ironing significantly deteriorates and, at the same time, frequent replacement of the cloth and cover is required.

ROLL WRAPPING WITH METAL WOOL

Chest-heated ironer VG-1018 has an ironing roll made of carbon steel which does not deform when used. The mangle roll has a multi-layer structure consisting of:

1) metal wool;

2) heat resistant fabric;

3) cover.

This design allows to evenly press the linen to the iron gutter over its entire surface, smoothing out possible inequality; this is relevant including for fabrics with thickenings at the seams, etc.
 A roll wrapping with metal wool is used in the design of its ironers by many Western manufacturers. Thanks to the use of this technology, the quality of ironing on ironing mangle VG-1018 corresponds to the highest world levels.

ADJUSTABLE IRONING SPEED

The electronic control system of mangle VG-1018 provides for step-by-step speed control up to 2.5 m/min (there are three fixed ironing speeds), which allows you to maintain the desired ironing quality for fabrics of different thicknesses - thin fabrics can be ironed at high speed, for dense and folded in half fabrics the speed is reduced to ensure drying of the linen at the outlet

CONTINUOUSLY ADJUSTABLE IRONING TEMPERATURE

Temperature adjustment within the range from 100 to 180 ºС which allows to correctly adjust the mangle for ironing various types of fabrics depending on their composition

EMERGENCY STOP SYSTEM

A special bar will stop the work of the ironer when a larger object approaches which makes the operator's work on the Vyazma mangles absolutely safe

EXTENDED ROLL WRAPPING SERVICE LIFE

At the end of the ironing cycle, the roll can be retracted using the foot pedal which avoids overheating of the roll wrapping fabric. Also, when the ironer is turned off, the roll continues to rotate until the set temperature is reached at which overheating of the fabric roll wrapping is excluded which increases the service life of the wrapping
