INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE MAINTAINING SYSTEM

The ironing temperature set on the controller display is ensured and maintained with sufficient accuracy in all operating modes. This is achieved by a more sensitive temperature measurement system consisting of two temperature sensors evenly installed along the roll and a differential adaptive heater control system. Now, depending on how the temperature on the roll surface changes, the control system selects one or another heating mode and maintains the set temperature as accurately as possible smoothing out its significant swings («overheating» or «cooling»)

AUTOMATIC OPERATOR'S HAND PROTECTION AND SHORT-TIME STOP/REVERSE OF THE CONVEYOR

There is a protective panel («safety panel») at the linen inlet from the feeding table to the ironing zone which will stop the tapes movement in case of careless contact with the operator's hands or crumpled, not straightened linen. A special pedal is provided in the lower part of the dryer-ironer, when pressed with the foot, the conveyors will also stop that it might be necessary to straighten the folds when loading the laundry. In this case, a sound signal will warn that a long stop is unacceptable. The same pedal turns on the reverse of the tapes movement, if it is necessary to reload the not straightened linen that has already been ironed

EASY AND MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY DRYER-IRONER

Easy access to all service points of the dryer-ironer is provided, complete disassembly of the main units is not required even for routine repairs. Simplified maintenance of the bearing systems of the conveyor rolls due to the use of purchased units with a built-in lubrication system. The interservice operational life has been increased due to the use of high-quality components and higher accuracy in the manufacture of assemblies and parts
