ROLL WRAPPING WITH METAL WOOL

Chest-heated ironer VG-1018 has an ironing roll made of carbon steel which does not deform when used. The ironer roll has a multi-layer structure consisting of:

1) metal wool;

2) heat resistant fabric;

3) cover.

This design allows to evenly press the linen to the iron gutter over its entire surface, smoothing out possible inequality; this is relevant including for fabrics with thickenings at the seams, etc.
 A roll wrapping with metal wool is used in the design of its ironers by many Western manufacturers. Thanks to the use of this technology, the quality of ironing on chest-heated ironer VG-1018 corresponds to the highest world levels.

ADJUSTABLE IRONING SPEED

The electronic control system of ironer VG-1018 provides for step-by-step speed control up to 2.5 m/min (there are three fixed ironing speeds), which allows you to maintain the desired ironing quality for fabrics of different thicknesses - thin fabrics can be ironed at high speed, for dense and folded in half fabrics the speed is reduced to ensure drying of the linen at the outlet

CONTINUOUSLY ADJUSTABLE IRONING TEMPERATURE

Temperature adjustment within the range from 100 to 180 ⁰С which allows to correctly adjust the ironer for ironing various types of fabrics depending on their composition

STRENGTHENED DESIGN 

Legs attachment to the deck makes it possible to work during labouring

ADDITIONAL PROTECTION AGAINST MOISTURE AND CORROSION IN THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT
